Refund policy
At House Warming, we understand that creating your perfect space is a journey, and sometimes, a piece might not fit just right. That’s why we offer you up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s), no questions asked. Our team is here to make the process as smooth as possible.

To ensure your return is successful, please make sure your piece is in its original, as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging ready. For returns within our standard service area, a $49 return shipping fee will apply—smaller items may incur a $19 fee. Returns outside our standard service area will be subject to a fee equal to the original shipping cost.
Once your item arrives back at our warehouse, our team will carefully inspect it. If it’s in as-new condition, we’ll issue your refund, minus any applicable fees for repackaging and shipping.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect it. If anything isn’t quite right—whether it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered—reach out to us right away. We’re here to evaluate the issue and make things right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are made just for you and, as such, can’t be returned—this includes custom products. We also aren’t able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll be in touch as soon as we’ve received and carefully inspected your return. Once everything looks good, we’ll let you know that your refund has been approved. If approved, you can expect the refund to be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Just a gentle reminder—sometimes it takes a little while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
